ABOUT US
• Company’s industry: Provides HR services such as recruitment services, payroll services, attendance automation, company platform services and other HR outsourcing services.
• Working location: Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh
• Working time: 8:45 am – 5:45 pm from Monday to Friday
• Report to: Country manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Service Delivery (40%)
• Creatively crystallize scope of HR services and business models for strong value proposition to clients
• Proactively market and sell the services and see through the implementation and deliverables
• Provide guidance and ensure client’s HR policies and practices fully complied with local labor ordinance and other related rules and regulations
• Conduct HR related analysis, develop reports and present insights to clients.
• Build strong client relationships and drive business revenue and profitability.
• Monitor strategy implementation and make necessary adjustments.s
HR & Admin (60%)
• Conduct meetings with business units to understand and address their HR needs.
• Develop HR solutions, programs, and policies based on business needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Provide HR guidance to line management and ensure legal compliance.
• Improve employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work engagement, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Assist international employees with expatriate assignments.
REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 4 years working experience as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner.
• Track record of strong stakeholder management/partnerships with middle and senior management within dynamic, fast-paced organizations.
• Proficiency in English

JOB 2: CHUYÊN VIÊN KINH DOANH (Quận 4, 14-18M)
THÔNG TIN CHUNG
• Địa điểm làm việc: Nguyễn Tất Thành, Phường 13, Quận 4, TP.HCM
• Thời gian làm việc:
Thứ 2 – Thứ 6 (từ 09:00 đến 18:00)
Thứ 7 (từ 08:00 đến 12:00)
NHIỆM VỤ
• Thực hiện trực tiếp công tác tuyển dụng nhân sự: đăng tuyển, tiếp nhận và chọn lọc hồ sơ, sắp xếp lịch phỏng vấn…
• Lập ngân sách, chi phí tuyển dụng
• Chăm sóc và nâng cao trải nghiệm của ứng viên, duy trì mối quan hệ với họ.
• Báo cáo tuyển dụng và báo cáo công việc định kỳ.
• Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.
YÊU CẦU
• Dưới 30 tuổi
• Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành: nhân sự, quản trị nhân sự, …
• Bắt buộc có 2 năm kinh nghiệm, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tìm nguồn các vị trí về mảng livestream giải trí, phỏng vấn ứng viên.
• Có kỹ năng tổ chức, quản lý sắp xếp và xây dựng kế hoạch để thực hiện nhiệm vụ được phân công
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thương lượng và ra quyết định tốt.
• Sử dụng thành thạo đa dạng kênh tuyển dụng.
• Ưu tiên biết tiếng trung
